CLEAR requires two videos outlining your application’s user experience to showcase the user journey entering and exiting the CLEAR verification.

Success Path Video

This video should walk through your experience that is powered by CLEAR. We need to understand what the end user will be experiencing from start to finish. Please be sure to include where the user will begin and what will happen to the user after a successful verification.

If your application begins on a kiosk or desktop please make sure to include them in your end to end video.

Failure Path Video

This video should walk through the same experience listed above with the expectation that we need to see what happens in your application when a user fails their CLEAR verification. In this end to end video please outline what error screen you will surface to your end users that come out of an unsuccessful verification.

Variation in device
If there is a substantive difference between Android and iOS, please provide a Happy Path and Sad Path for each. If there is no difference other than formatting, one Success Path and Failure Path will suffice.
